Thank you "EUSmile" !! Have you got any idea why UK doesn't recognise other EU issued residence cards? Were they allowed to choose or amend/translate the directive? However, the UK does not currently recognise other EU issued residence cards and so is an exception. AND if a UK citizen is coming back...

Its been long time since I heard that someone has received their passport back with ILR which is strange !!

I sent my 10 years long residence case on 29-04-2011, received by UKBA on 03-05-2011. Payment taken 07-05-2011, have also received ack letter and now waiting....
