Payslips not original

Hi I will be very grateful if you could help me with my query please. I'm on Tier 1 General and will be applying for ILR soon. 2 of my payslips are not original, because they were lost in post. The rest of the payslips are original. The two slips I'm talking about are black and white print outs and ...

Re: Tier 1 to ILR

In my opinion, you should select Tier 1. Further to this question, I wanted to ask that how much do we pay while booking the appointment? Do we pay £100 booking fee or do we have to pay the entire amount of the ILR application fee? Or do we pay the actual ILR application fee when we attend our appoi...

Re: ESOL Skills for life (Speaking & Listening) Entry 3

ESOL level 3 will be accepted for the B1 English test, but your wife will also have to pass the Life in the UK test. Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated.. Yeah, she has already started preparing for Life in the UK Test. She's practising on-line and she's prepared about 40 tests so far. She hasn...

ESOL Skills for life (Speaking & Listening) Entry 3

I'll be applying for ILR in November 2014 alongwith my wife and 3 kids. My wife has done a certificate called 'ESOL - SKILLS FOR LIFE (SPEAKING AND LISTENING) Entry Level 3'. I just wanted to ask, is this certificate equivalent to B1? Or, will this Entry 3 certificate satisfy the English Language re...

Re: T1General Extension: Points for my Bachelors Degree?

Thanks very much cs95tdg... I was in UK on a student visa when I applied for HSMP on 07/02/2008. This application was refused and I requested for a review (sometime in July 2008 I guess). Review was successful and I got HSMP approval letter on 23 December 2008. By that time, HSMP scheme had been clo...

Re: T1General Extension: Points for my Bachelors Degree?

Thanks very much indeed for your reply. It is very much appreciated. I have still got some doubt, if you could please clarify. There is a sentence at UKBA website (and also in the points calculator) which says that "You will score no points for a bachelor's degree if, under the Immigration Rules in ...

Re: Tier 1 (G) Dependent, How critical is the Council Tax?

The people at VAC Islamabad (Gerry's Fedex) have told my wife that you need to bring these documents (2 original bank statements, attested photocopy of main applicant's visa page, photocopies of each and every page of passports etc.). They said that you have to bring these documents, otherwise your ...

Re: Tier 1 (G) Dependent, How critical is the Council Tax?

My wife has taken appointment (at the visa application center, Islamabad) for 30th of June, 2010. They've told her that you need to provide 2 ORIGINAL bank statements. One original bank statement should be with the 'original set of documents' and another original bank statement should be with the 'p...
