First of all thanks very much for your reply.

7th Nov 2017, the 2.5 years will be completed. The visa is expiring on 7th Feb 2018. I got your point about the earliest date. So if you can tell me that how late she can apply?

could you please me that my (non-EEA) wife's spouse visa is going to be expire on 7th Feb 2018. Her new IELTS life skill exam already done . Need to apply for extension, to complete the 5 years period. So when I should apply for the extension? Need advice

I read that people are getting text messages as a confirmation of receiving the application from IPS, after about 2 to 3 days of sending the application. I send through post office "passport check and send" service on 20th August. And today was 25th Aug and I still have not received any text message...

Indeed, I got my first passport exactly 2 weeks after applying, and that was in late June!
for how long before you gave the interview for the passport, if you got your passport within the two weeks? And where do we need to go for the passport interview?

My wife and child has joined in me UK on settlement visas. They will apply for ILR after 5 years. Could you please tell me that how many days they can live outside of UK in each year (in these 5 years), and their eligibility for ILR will not be effected.
