I think you are worrying too much.

You have enough to prove. just one thing i am not sure. If you are printing previous statements, will they show your previous address. If yes, you need to get them stamped.

I agree with Zahid.

You don,t have to apply ILR for uk born child. Get your ILR and register your child as british citizen using form MN1 under section 1(3).

you don,t need documents with both of you names on it.

You only need to prove that you were living at same address.

doen,t matter whether you have a joint letter or individual letters as long as address is same.

I had same problem I contacted UKBA, They said if you obtain ILR, ur dependants visa becomes invalid. Dependents are ok to travel out of uk but will need visa to enter uk. Thanks Guys,

Here we go,

Contacted Nationality checking service. Booked appointment for my kids.
The advisor there said that my children certainly DO NOT need ILR and can be registered under section 1(3) after my ILR.

On one hand you have section 1(3) and on the other hand UKBA advice.
