There is a difference if you are a director of the LTD company which is employee of that company and company need to pay salaries to all of its employees even in case of just one director. Hey i had the same problem but if you keep refreshing the page and resubmitting the data again and again you might get it.

Also people have open a different browser and check that site is working normally before submitting the page with all details entered.

today i got my and family Cards (1+3). we missed the delivery on friday as no one at home, they left the cards to rearrange the delivery. we did for today and they delivered it today.
