Online application + JCAP - referees

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone who applied via JCAP could share some details about whether the referees that you have provided have been contacted by either the HO or Passport Office.

What sort of questions were asked?

Thanks,
Mike

JCAP - Passport application documents

Hi,
I'm planning to use JCAP process and was wondering if I need any other supporting documents for passport application on top of what I'll already be providing with my AN application?

Or is it only the passport form and 2 photos?

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Passport application at NDRS - parents details

Thank you for your input. I really appreciate it.
I agree that the JCAP requirements are quite specific to not fill out section 10 as the referees for the AN1 application will suffice.

Re: MN1 online application under Section 3(1)

Thank you for your input.

Yes, we all have EEA PR since 2016.

I wonder if anyone on this forum has any experience with similar application?

MN1 online application under Section 3(1)

Hello, I was wondering if the online application process can be used for MN1 Section 3(1) application - child born abroad to parents who are applying for British citizenship. Did anyone have any luck with applying online under that section? If I'll have to go via paper application and NDRS I underst...

Re: Passport application at NDRS - parents details

Thank you for your reply. This is great as I actually was wondering about the countersignatory for the passport application. Let me make sure I have everything in order. JCAP is online application + NDRS appointment at any council, right? For the naturalisation I am planning to use 2 referees. One -...

Passport application at NDRS - parents details

Hello, I am planning to apply for naturalization and passport at the same time at the NDRS appointment. I have noticed that Section 4 of the passport application is asking for parents details. I don't know all of them (marriage date) so I wonder if I can skip that detail? Please bear in mind that bo...

HO and referees

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone who already applied had a case where the Home Office has contacted the referees? If that was the case, what was the reason? What questions did they ask?
Thanks,
Mikey

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

Hello, Could someone please copy and paste the exact text from the letter to the referees that they have to sign? The one that you get to download at the end of the application? (obviously please remove your personal details). The reason I am asking is that the school my daughter attends it would li...

Re: Bank statememts

I'm going to partially answer my own question. I rang Hounslow NDRS and was told that they do not care what additional documents are being sent to the HO. I can send whatever I want essentially.

Bank statememts

Hello, Did anyone send bank statements with your application? I understand that these are not officially accepted documents, however bank statements along with some other proof + cover note could explain certain situations for the residency requirement. Did anyone bring bank statements to the NCS/ND...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

Thank you for all your help so far. I understand that the referees forms are provided as a download link for each referee to sign, right? I print them of, referees sign them and then I need to provide them to the HO within 15 days? Can I include them to be sent via NDRS? One of my referees is in Pol...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

Question for those who used the NDRS service:

Can you send some of the supporting documents directly to the HO without going through the NDRS and use NDRS only for passports?

Application through NCS

Hello, We would want to apply for naturalisation for our family (EEA citizens) through local NCS service. For my wife's application we would want to send bank statements/tenancy agreement/GP confirmation of registration and so on as we don't have P60, payslips. Can NCS refuse to send those documents...

EEA wife - residency documents.qualifying period

Hello, I was wondering if you guys could provide me some guidance in regards to my planned BC application for myself and my wife. We are both EEA citizens, in the UK since 2006, we got our EEA(PR) cards in 06/2016. We want to start the application process for BC in April this year. Now this is where...

Re: EEA application - documents required

Ok, Ive been reading some "Documents required" sections on quite a few council websites where they do NCS and it seems that the P60s, P45s and so one are only required as alternate documents for people who cannot produce passports that cover the qualifying period. Or are the P60s required for EEA ap...

Re: EEA application - documents required

Thank you very much for all the information and your answers. I do have additional question though. I have been in full time employment for the past 12 years so there is no problem with producing P60,P45 or payslips for me, however my wife has been in the full time work for the past 22 months. She u...

EEA application - documents required

Hello, I am about to start the application process for myself and my family. We have all been granted the EEA(PR) cards on the 25/06/2016. For the naturalisation application, I understand that I have to send the evidence for residence for the past 6 years, right? Or can I only send in the evidence c...

Re: EEA PR for all EEA family + few problems (WRS)

Thanks for the info. Yeah I did get the impression that they don't know what they are talking about.

So it still should be 1 form with all my family members on it, right?

Re: EEA PR for all EEA family + few problems (WRS)

Ok, so I made a mistake of actually calling the HO helpline and these people confused me even more. On the side note we have managed to find WRS certificate for her dating 25/11/2010. This is for the job she held for just under 24 months. This means we are all clear with the WRS issue and exercising...

Re: EEA PR for all EEA family + few problems (WRS)

That is correct and I fully agree with you. However what confuses me is whether I need a separate form for my wife or not. My daughter will go under 21 dependants section.

I have noticed that there is an EEA (FM) form that seems to be for family members. It looks like this for could possibly be used?

Re: EEA PR for all EEA family + few problems (WRS)

You are absolutely right. The form is huge and asks for such a massive amount of details that it is just scary. Most people are bound to make errors here and there which basically will allow HO to reject you. I've had a look at the form and Section 13 - seems to be for dependants over 21 which doesn...
