Can't speak for other councils, but Harrow .Council is now accepting virtual ceremonies. But what about the issue of an EEA child/ national who has been resident in UK for 7years? is he entitled to british citizenship after 7yrs? i have heard that he might be due this- if so what status does the mother then have?

the stamp states Family member EEA national, and valid for 12months subject to renewal....its a form of resident permit ,though temporary...it also reads'no work,no business, no recourse to public funds...

The EEA national is my son- and is an irish born child
