Re: Travelling to Pakistan from UK first time after BC

That means when I arrive in UK there will be no stamp on my British passport when leaving the UK and when arriving back. How does that affect my travelling and where is the proof of leaving and at entry in UK. Shouldn't my British passport be stamped also when exiting Pakistan.

Re: Question 6.7 on Form AN.

As mine 6.7 was corrected from yes to no leave all blank and continue from 6.13. The reason is obvious that the certified copy of the brp is being sent by ncs, otherwise the ncs representative would have told me to give reason and only checked whether 6.11 with no box is ticked that is to send it ba...

But the checklist in form and supporting documents as mentioned in AN guide do not say to send payslips etc etc so why would one send extra documents which are not mentioned to send ?

1. On the safe side best to provide 3 last payslips.
2. On the safe side best to provide last 3 months bank statement.
3. Provide all 5 years P60 for a quicker and safer outcome.

Re: ILR for Tier 2 General and Dependants

I would suggest not to send hmrc letter for cohabitation. You can send so many other letters for that. As far as P60's and payslips are concerned they would be checking these with Hmrc, so let them figure out spelling mistakes.

Re: ILR for Tier 2 General and Dependants

1. Just get an absence letter from your manager.
2. NHS HR don't keep records of leave.
3. Give a UK absence letter from your end as well detailing UK absences with reason and proof preferably E- Tickets and of course your passports would have the stamps as further proof.

10/08/2015 minus 29 days comes to roughly 11/07/2015 but you applied on 22/7/2015 which seems to me as fine, so why are you worrying?

They must put SOC code and the new employer must state that you will be required to work for them in future as well. Make photocopies of everything, that is one original set and one photocopy set. Submit an absence letter from your end as well stating everything.
