Sheyyu, I believe P60s would cover your HSMP economic activity and should be enough...and ofcourse your 12months payslips would cover your tier 1 points, if you have a current employer letter then thats a bonus. They wont ask for employer letter for hsmp years as the P60 would be enough. I have see...

@Smam - I've applied on basis of work permit + Tier 1 general . Just submitted basic documents such as pay slips (less than 12 months), bank statements, LIUK, a few co hob documents, and p60.

NO questions asked - CW confimed this in 15-20 minutes that everything is OK.

Thanks Guys I think so it should not be of any concern - I do have all P60 / P45 and WP letter . Emplyer has also issued me a letter confirming I was working with them - but I am not going to submit that letter unless asked. I am doing same as well - only showing 7 as previously I was also contracting via ltd company and not including any evidences for that period.

I also had this confusion and after posting to this forum it looks like COP is not required for old work permit holder those had switched to tier 1 . I am also going to apply ILR on combination of old WP and Tier-1 and it sounds like we only need to provide P60 and WP approval letter to cover the WP...

I am going to apply ILR under same situation, what I understood we only need to provide earning evidences for last 12 months to claim points . For WP period no need to worry about salary , just submit WP letter, P60
