My son is dual British citizen. His non-UK passport, which expired recently, has a Valid USA visitors Visa. He cannot apply for ESTA as his visa is valid. Can he travel to USA on his British Passport and the Visa on the expired non-UK passport? Will the Airline board him? I could not find any rules ...
