never been absconder and had same address from day one

I recently heard from one of my friend successful story
who was illegal before 2011 applied citizenship in jan 19 refused and then reconsideration he is granted

from the date granted first DLR for safe side

I think it will start from the date when home office know your attention

and i am sure according to guideline you are eligible after competing one year on ILR

I think now the mentioned in detail that if you were illegal but was present in Home office system
like you were reporting so they will count 10 years from that date
