Yes, this is for non-EU.

Passports are not stamped on exiting the UK. Only on entering it as I remember.

So you think a copy of the first 2 pages of the passport (which we currently have) along with a cover letter should suffice, right?

CW = Case Worker If you spouse is applying with you, you are required to provide 2 years evidence of cohabitation from 3 to 6 difference sources showing joint names or addressed individually.
