Re: Unsuccessful applications

Hi, Hi Ram001, Speak with your MP. I know the HO will tell you to fill the NR form and pay £272 (all about money) and wait for their decision, now this could take upto 12-24 months. HO will only reply to your MP letters. I don't understand why the UKVI hired these idiots (lack of experienced) staff...

Urgent help needed, Switch into T4 dep visa inside UK

Hi expert, My brother college license was revoked and was given 60 days time, however he couldn't get admission in those 60 days time, and he requested for 60 more days from the HO to find the right place to get an admission. HO refused his request and given him a right of appeal to challenge in the...

Re: Naturalistion Refused on a Good character requirement

Yes, that's the only option to apply for reconsideration. I still have my appeal determination and I am sure the HO will have a copy of it! The case worker said, that you worked for company A in 2006 and company B in 2007, this constitute that you mislead the Govt Dept. I had right to work 20 hours ...

Why were you stopped - as in, did your Visa restricted you from working full time? OP has clearly mentioned they were on a student visa which has work restrictions. Yes, I was on a student visa and was allowed to work for 20 hours, I clearly mentioned any employment Full/part time. How can this cas...

Re: Naturalistion Refused on a Good character requirement

Two things going on here: 1) were you complying with visa requirement at the time? Yes, I was full time student and only was doing full time perm job in summers time to get some experience, which I resigned later. 2) did you submit accurate information in the recent application covering your employ...

Re: My Child birth report abroad has been refused!

Thanks Vinny for the links, however every link says to file a petition form I-130, which would take 6-12 months time to get processed and then another 4-6months for the counselor/embassy to issue immigration visa :(

I don't understand why physical presence is so important in the US ?

Re: Tier 1 Gen Dependant extension after Main Applicant gets

Hello,
Once you get your ILR then you will use PBS dep form to extend your wife visa to complete 5 years etc. Will you use your account for her maintenance or will you present her own statements ?

Also does the UKVI accepts the saving account statements for maintenance funds ?

THanks

Thanks guys. Don't have any dependents. Also happy for them to checks HMRC records, just don't want to go through the hassle of collating earnings for the last few years. 5 years route is more better than 10 years route. 5 years route shows your productivity and economic help in this country and le...

Thanks for your reply and I have read the guide line as per your advise, since I will be applying for COS first, and that person is already on our payroll system. So I do not need to advertise the job ie do the RMLT first ?
