Hi,

My spouse visa has been rejected. Our nikah was held in London. The father gave the ok. The traditional marriage was held in Pakistan. The visa officer is unconvinced to legitimacy of the contract of marriage.

Any advice would be appreciated

Question regarding approved HSMP extension

I recently got my passport stamped with Limited Leave to Remain for another 3 years. I had applied for HSMP extension. The visa title says Residence Permit. Nothing is mentioned of HSMP. Is that fine? A statement says no recourse to public funds.

You'll be quite in demand with telecoms. BT experience is quite valuable with a number of companies. If you also have some experience with Geneva, try Servista as a starting point. However they were offshoring stuff last I knew but no harm in inquiring

Thanks for the clarification. The ceremony is going to be in a religous building but here in UK. It seems best is visitor visa.

Finally after traditional marriage is held then she can be brought in as a dependent.
