Re: Toddler's previous address history + eligibility

Hi Hina,

Father was on ILR and mother on Tier 2 skilled worker visa at the time of child's birth.

Child had to get PBS dependant visa to enter in to the UK, and then switched to ILR following mother's ILR.

Thanks

Toddler's previous address history + eligibility

Hello all, I am planning to add my child's naturalisation along with mum's. My child is 1 year old, born outside the UK and is currently an ILR holder. My questions are: 1) Child's ILR received- Sept 2022, therefore, has the child got to wait to complete 12 months before getting eligible to apply fo...

Absence Days Calculation

Hello all, I have a query on how Home Office calculates absence days from the UK. Do we know if they include the end date/s in their calculation? For e.g. Days between 2nd January 2022 and 15 March 2022 are 73 days(including the end date i.e.15th March) or 72 (without counting the end date) Would th...

Therefore, to be 100% sure, please could you confirm if I can definitely add my child along with my naturalization application? To recap my situation: I am on ILR ...

Add child's naturalization application with main applicant's

Dear experts, I am currently on ILR looking to make a naturalization application. I recently had a baby born abroad(when I am on ILR) and after the baby arrived in the UK she got her ILR too. Re: Category clarification for child ILR application

By selecting your recommended option i.e. Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant, the follow-up questions about the person (on whom the baby is dependent) are being asked. One of the questions- "Which visa is Miss **** applying for or been granted?" and the options to select...
