Re: Need Urgent Help got Letter from Home Office..

@Susheel, if you have your degree marksheet(transcript) with subject names taught in each semester then you may not need MOI letter from university for NARIC. For me, UK NARIC sent me the certificates in 3 working days, I also sent them a message after uploading the documents requesting a quick deli...

Re: Prove your knowledge of English for citizenship and sett

It all depends on the case worker. Some people didn't provide UK NARIC and just used the old PBS Printout which was used during ILR post Oct 2013. However, it is safe to provide UK NARIC as it may take 10 days to issue you will not have enough time to get one if the case worker decides to ask you to...

Re: School and doctor refuse to provide reference for kids

Thanks, the NCS officer said, it should be fine if the child professional referee in not known for 3 years and HO are not very strict on the child references I believe. Hi mrajkumar, i have attended JCAP. you dont need to complete section 10 of passport application. You must not put telephone number...

Re: School and doctor refuse to provide reference for kids

Thanks Meesha! I will call NCS to confirm. I believe for JCAP you don't need countersignature as they will consider the same referee from registration form. Photos for passport has to be same as provided with registration form. Call to your JCAP provider to confirm though. we are also in similar sit...

Re: School and doctor refuse to provide reference for kids

we are also in similar situation. the school refused to sign saying as per PP guidelines they should have known the kid for 2 years or more. 'my kid has joined the school only recently from another school as we moved our house from a different council. It is a JCAP application, for naturalization - ...

Re: Actual experience on using language for ILR after 2013 o

Agreed, its better to keep the document ready in case HO ask for it. I have already applied for NARIC certificate but it takes 10-15 days to receive. Planning to apply for naturalization before the fee increase even if I don't receive the NARIC certificate on time. Is there any chance HO can reject ...

Re: Actual experience on using language for ILR after 2013 o

Thanks CR001. Thanks CR001, much appreciated. Would HO ask for UK NARIC if they think it is needed or reject the application? Is it possible to apply and get the UK NARIC certificate after HO asks for it post application submission? NARIC takes 10-15 working days to issue a certificate, is this time...

Re: Actual experience on using language for ILR after 2013 o

I got my ILR in Feb 2016 using Foreign Degree taught in English with PBS Print-out. NCS says, they are instructed to get NARIC certificate. It is still confusing as the Application form has an option to select 'Met Language Requirement' post Oct 2013. Does this option only applicable to UK degree? D...

Re: First Entry and Absences for ILR

Just an update on my application so that it may help others with the same situation. My ILR was approved two weeks ago. It was at PEO Croydon.
I did not submit any documents for my absence immediately after my first entry where I was unemployed.
