It's my hardluck i couldn't find any appointment for TLS france visa for my spouse.

the earliest i can have is for 29th july :(

Not sure what has happened, i used to apply a month before and always able to find appointment frequently

Any of you who have applied PBS dependent extension visa in December/January 2021

Have you got the visa?, as per guidance they have mentioned 8 weeks but how long did it take for your application to process?

Any help would be great as i am planning holidays so need to know.

Hi,

Anyone can please confirm if i apply for ILR after her pbs dependent extension visa in progress

would i be refund back my pbs dependent visa fees and IHS amount?

Just working out if this is the case then i will that this risk by applying right before the expiry

Oh ok thanks simon for answering all the queries even if i apply in december, most probably she will get her visa sorted in 2 months so she will still be 2 months short for qualifying for ILR. It just hurts alot when you have to pay £2600-2800 for 4 months extension Previously when i applied for her...

Unfortunately, HMPO and UKVI don’t seem to share information for the benefit of applicants. HMPO wants originals. You cannot apply for 5 years. The immigration rules state that a PBS dependent visa extension will be granted for 3 years if the main PBS migrant holds ILR. Suggest apply by post as close as possible to her current visa expiry date to buy some time. oh is it I wish they would have allowed 5 years e...
