i.e. all convictions will need to be declared in your application form, but as long as it complies with the new timeline detailed on UKBA December guideline, then things may all be good.
I think I am not going to bother contacting UKBA anymore but apply. Busy sorting my application form and paperwork now - I'll post back when I've send it away. I'm not using the NCS.
