i personally think its not necessary, if you add solicitor column, then someone will also ask for a column for dependant or dependant+child ....

i am about to apply for my ILR in next few months, just spoke to lawyer and he said premium service is not available for 10 years cases, can any one tell me is it true?

i am married to an eea national fr lst 3 yrs, have visa till 2016.
I will complete my 10 yrs lawful residence in UK by august. Can I apply fr EEA4 then?

i applied EEA 1&2 as spouse on 1st of september as well and still waiting, i havent called them though. looks like they into sept applications, wonder if anyone else has applied in sept? looks like 1 person so far... I applied 20th of Sep 2010 for EEA2... haven't called them at all & still waiting ...
