Is my wife accessing public funds if she didn't pay for her NHS prescription when she is pregnant?

My wife is on skilled worker dependent visa. She was told she didn't need to pay for her NHS prescription in a pharmacy because she is pregnant. She still paid it as she worried this will be regarded as accessing public fund.

May I ask if this is regarded as accessing public fund? Thanks

They answered they are with a BNO visa and show the hard copies of confirmation emails. After the...

Hi Thanks CR001, I have a follow-up question. In the case that if my visa application refused, Do you think that I will have some time to find a job? Considering my current visa is expired by then. Thank you very much :)
