UKVCAS and BC

Hi

I have applied fot BC and followed that rule that I am in the UK 5 years ago on the date of application. However I got appointment 4 weeks from now and I was not in the UK 5 years ago on the date of appointment.

Does this delay or impact application?

Re: Consent for registration of UK born child as british citizen

thanks
1. Can you pl advise if we should use consent form or write free style letter; as document list says a letter signed by both parents with address; consent form has no space given for address. ?
2. proof of parental responsibility is same as birth certificate showoing name of both parents.

Re: Consent for registration of UK born child as british citizen

Sorry if it was not clear. There is a section in the consent form says Child's consent where they are making an application on their own behalf. Below this there is a space for them to write name and sign just like for mother and father section.

Should I get him do it as well. He is 13 year old.

Re: Tier 2 General extension - Document for partner

You need 2 years evidence from 3 to 6 different sources spread evenly every 4 to 4 months. One document will not be sufficient. thanks Do you know any guidance on this? for ILR they needed for last two years and check list says so explicitly but for Tier 2 they said only document and any of these.
