Re: Delay - Tier 4 to 2 - Postal Application

Thanks for your response everyone. It is indeed a frustrating wait. My employer had performed RMLT before my application was ever considered. It means they have been waiting nearly 3+ months to fill a position. I think one of the things that they are holding the offer still is that they specifically...

Delay - Tier 4 to 2 - Postal Application

Today completes 8 weeks from biometrics enrolment. More than 9 weeks from in country online/postal submission.

Employer still waiting with the offer but has started to show their concerns.

Is anyone else waiting as such?

Re: Tier 4 -> PSW -> Tier 4 -> Tier 2

Oh wow.

I am nearly drenched in sweat going through this Immigration Rules part 6A: the points-based system page reading the a period of continuous leave phrase under 245HD(d)(iii)(2) again and again.

I hope I am not being overly nuanced and jinxing myself with stress.

I understand from the online application process that one has to declare the Fixed Penalty Notices which I believe includes Penalty Notices for Disorder. The offence ...
