Tier 1 entrepreneur ILR settlement

Hello everyone,

I don't see many persons here talking about 5 year settlement in tier 1 entrepreneur route. My main question is does anyone know if you get interviewed in this stage? Considering you have been interviewed for extension?

Now, I want to apply for indefinite Leave to Remain under Tier 1 (ent...

One expert answered me with this (please note I have no idea if that's reliable or not):

"You need to show that you have employed the equivalent of 2 full time workers for a 12 month period within your last period of leave. You can't rely on the workers that had in the first 3 years."

settlement route Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas

Hi everybody,

I have a quick question regarding Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas. Would anyone please let me know that during the whole five years, how many employees should I have and for how long so that I become eligible to apply for settlement in UK?

Many thanks.

Evidence for Job Level NQF L-4

I think if we just show that we were at some point during the 3 month registered with HMRC as selfemployed or a business director it should be satisfactory. However, the question raised is that why Selfemployment welcome letter that was issued within 3 month prior to application has not been listed ...
