But they're saying otherwise!

You must complete this section if your EEA or Swiss national family member is a worker ie a person pursuing an effective and genuine activity for remuneration as an employed person. If you are supporting them through working, you must complete this section with your details.

EEA2 - Date last entered the UK

Hi, Just about to fill the EEA2 application form for my husband, he is here on a FP for nearly 6 months. I'm EEA, He is non EEA. Any idea if there's something tricky about the 'date last entered the UK' ? We have been in and out in the 3 months since we moved over here. Should our dates of entrance ...

Asking again...

My question still stands - What should my policy include? Inpatient+Outpatient? Any annual limits for cover? And what about Excess charges?
Does anybody have any experience with approved applications?

Any input - Much appreciated!

Comprehensive Sickness Insurance

Hi, Mu=y husband is about to apply for his EEA2. I am EEA, he is not. He is working, I'm claiming self sufficient. Everything is pretty much clear by now apart from the requirement for Comprehensive Sickness Insurance. What do they mean by that? What should my policy include? Inpatient+Outpatient? A...

Thanks, that's a relief!!!

Sad to say, but I can hardly call the public maternity care here in Ireland 'medical team'. It's a joke. Seen a doctor twice since the beginning of my pregnancy, was scanned once (6 minutes sharp). They took a blood sample at 13 weeks and never found it... I'm pretty much my own doctor here. Anythin...

Health Care

My husband and I are moving to the UK soon. I am EEA, he is not - he has Just received a family permit for the first 6 months, and will probably apply for a residency card. Thank you - Clarification -

My husband is a non-visa-required national, the only reason we applied for a visa now is that we do require a 'family permit' if he wants to wok in the UK. So if i understand you correctly - Once his family permit expires and his application is still processing he can basically go out and back in pr...
