Re: Evidence of Ex_Partners utility Bills

Well, the plan was to use a cover letter and explain it is just not possible to get these documents and then to post back here with news of how that went. But surprise, surprise, on a visit to the daughter today the situation was again explained to the ex-wife who immediately offered up the document...

Re: Evidence of Ex_Partners utility Bills

I am assuming that as there is no reply to this question, that no-one knows the answer. I could not find a way to search this forum directly but managed to via a google search. I see it has been asked here a couple of times and many times in other forums. Not one person has been able to answer this ...

The husband an ex-wife are not on speaking terms. On the new application form: I confirm I will provide: Eviden...

Re: Fee Waiver on PIP - Special Circumstances

@Darasimidd Sorry but we are not going this route. We have taken out a loan. Did not want to risk being put on a 10-year route.

Re: Fee Waiver on PIP - Special Circumstances

Thanks @geoeng I will read through the pdf file and try to come to a decision. I am guessing we have to at least try an application. They can only say no? Thanks @CR001 I do not like the sound of the 10-year route. Would this be mandatory if we asked for a fee waiver? Surely forcing someone to go th...

Fee Waiver on PIP - Special Circumstances

Hello, I am British. My wife is none-EU and is here on FLR. She will have to renew her FLR(M) in a few months. My wife works. I do not. I have mental health issues (including Bipolar) and find it impossible to hold down any job. I receive PIP at the full/enhanced rate and contribution-based ESA (aga...
