Just my personal opinion. If I was you, I wouldn't declare it. My understanding and interpretation is simple. If I have not be prosecuted, I don't need to declare. Thanks for your feedback.

I am not intending to hide - if ought to be declared, I will definitely.

I am just not sure as there no conviction nor caution or anything "do I need to declare ?"
