No news yet.... my immigration adviser said wait and dont trust the visa helpline, they are not helpful....

They dont always email to say documents received. If your really worried send them an email but I would just wait. If you have evidence that your bundle was delivered at Sheffield then dont worry they have your documents. Why did you send 10 months of payslips? It may annoy the ECO or confuse them ...
