32 days absence acknowledged by the employer as annual leave/. The other 130 days as Tier 1 doesnt need any proof unles they were compelling or compassionate. Same here, got an email saying it would be delivered in the next 3-7 working days, still waiting..

cool, my appnt was on 4th Feb, yet to receive the BRP card. My employer is querying about it on a daily basis which is bit irritating. I think they are worried about the huge fine UKBA imposes if employee overstays his visa.

i guess even someone who hasn't applied for visa would have got the same reply!

got similar reply from them today

it is ridiculous, even after applying at PEO in person(on top of the numerous struggle to get an appointment) by paying a fortune the service you get is appalling. If this quality of service was to given to it's citizens then you would have seen a huge media uproar in this country.

yes the approval letter when i first applied for tier 1 has a ref number in "our ref". If it happens to be the same then i'll give a try.

even in my letter which i received from the PEO croydon(same day appointment) fields "your ref", "our ref" are blank. Also there is no mention of CASEID. When i email them regarding BRP they are asking for case reference number. Does anyone else got the same problem?
