Re: Online Payslips

For online payslips you can attach a letter from the HR on a company letter pad stating that the attached payslip from month - month are genuine & get them signed on all the ps. I had done the same for my application.

Re: Tier 2 Gerneral - ILR Query

I am in the similar situation as 1664.

I think you can apply for ILR from the time you entered the UK i.e March or may be 28 day before the date of entry. Your stay in country on tier 1 general counts for your 5 years continuous residency.

Senior expects please comment.

Re: Possibility of shifting from Tier 1 general to Tier 2 ge

1) No

2) If you are talking about Maintenance fund, since your sponsor is a A rated company, they can tick the option to support maintenance fund in your COS

3) Will need to apply as a dependent if you planning to travel outside UK with her

4) Yes

You should be applying for in-country form.In the colum where it ask for proof of previous leave to remain or similar questions which are not relevant to the child born here, just mention "Child born in UK"

I did the same for my daughter.
