I have applied for my spouse in October and received her naturalization certificate on 15th Friday. Does she still required to return her passport since she has applied in October using the old form.

Does she required to enroll immediately or can give the Biometric after two months of letter received as tentatively it will take 2 months to for her to return after the Biometric letter recived.(Looking at the current timelines)

Just looked at the passport, the visa ticket has mentioned the Visa Type as U.

My OCI was processed on 15th January and believe I fall with older rule.

Applying to CGI birmingham is a real pain and its taking too long to process. I have sent my kid application to birmingham as they wanted additional documents to be submitted while i visited them. Hence, I have sent them and still not received the origingal. its been two weeks now.
