OCI: How long for dispatch after OCI granted?

As per OCI tracking, my OCI was granted last Thursday, but still not dispatched from MOIA (OCI) – New Delhi.

Does anyone know how long does it normally take for OCI/Documents to be dispatched after approval?

10 days is probably classed as Tourist visit and you do not need to register with FRRO. FRRO registration is probably only for people who intend to stay in India for more than 6 months who will need to register with FRRO according to following quote from FRRO website. http://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/ ...

Fees for OCI by Postal Order

We are a family of three (2A + 1Ch) and have already obtained our surrender certificates for Indian passport and planning to apply for OCI by post. The postal application fees can only be paid by postal orders according to HCI London Website. Does this mean each of us need to send separate postal or...

Re: Limited company Director - Employed or Self-Employed?

I am sorry if this is already answered, I searched but couldnt find a definitive answer. I am a limited company director on minimum salary and take dividends. Do I need to provide the self-assessment statement of account? There are contradicting posts on here so I am not really sure what the answer...

As a matter of interest, does anyone know the validity of the biometric ID obtained through ILR once one has been naturalized. I am curious if it is still a valid form of ID. Are we expected to destroy the biometric ID or return it to UKBA/HO? Thanks in advance Can you also use it as ID proof when ...

One of them must be a professional referee, either of them.
My understanding is professional referee can be of any nationality but personal referee has to be BC (with professional qualification or older than 25 years)
+1 to this.

Any advantage of applying FABP Online?

Looking at British Passport application timeline, most applications are either post office check and send, or postal application by applicant himself/herself to apply for their FABP – First Adult British Passport. Browsing the HM Passport Office website, there is a third way of applying for first ad...

Does anyone know why some applications take only 3 weeks whereas some take 3 months? Some may be straight forward and some may need further checks. And if you are unlucky, it might just be at bottom of pile, waiting for CW to pick up. That's why it would help if there was an online tracking, to see...

Is your approval letter worded like that? By the way this is the only letter I got and was enough for the ceremony. Unfortunat...

2 Weeks since Approval letter, no invite letter yet

No wonder this is UKBA, and its Deja Vu after their IT failure last year in which I was one of the victim during my ILR application. My naturalisation (Form AN) approval letter was sent by UKBA 2 weeks ago (Which I received in prepaid SDE the following day) but still no sign of citizenship ceremony ...
