She is still minor and might not able to apply alone the visitor visa Thank you so much for your reply. Is there another way to bring my sister depending on my tier 2 dependent visa and the relative relation between us ? You already asked this and were advised accordingly. The advice has not change...

For a tier 4 child visa, it has to be an independent school that sponsors her. She can't go to a state/Council funded school. https://www.gov.uk/child-study-visa Thank you so much for your reply.
