Different people different experiences. My colleague attended 9 am in Croydon Sopra for Super Priority on Tuesday and by 2.30 pm on same day got ILR confirmation by email. 5 years Tier 2 General route application. Guess people have different experiences mine took a few days.

Please can any moderator help? It is very urgent and just need to know whether the ILR holder needs to be in country when the PBS dependent applies for extension in country?

His spouse who is a t-2 dependent has her visa expiring in couple of days and need to apply for T-2 Dependent extension (as she has not completed 5 years for ILR yet). Can she appl...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Home office is automatically sending refund of super priority fees if they have failed to process within 24 hours. I received a communication dated 24 December by registered post today stating refund of 610 in the card where the original payment was made from in due course. I did not ask for refund ...

@livlivuk yes start the petition. There will be many ready to join I am sure. I will as it's unfair on all applicants going through agony even after paying additional fees.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

In the past the BRP has also been delivered to me in Royal Mail post. So I am not sure if BRP by DX is a must or they might have changed the system to DX only although some of posts in other forums do suggest that they received BRP in post (not DX).

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Badhodar - T-2 switching and ILR have different checks so is not the same. T2 Switch does not entail 5 year of HMRC tax /NI payment assurance, does not have absence criteria, switching from t2 to t2 same category does not involve English language proof, police check are different like simple caution...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi All, My Biometric appointment at Croydon centre was on 8 December for T-2 G to ILR under super priority. Received email for grant on 13 December morning. Going by timeline should have been 10 December but looks like some applications like me go through checks with banks and HMRC etc and that can ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Since someone who applied on 7th got email yesterday, it logically implies that people like me or others (applying from Tier 2 to ILR) who have not got decision yet that our applications might be pending further checks relating to immigration history, HMRC or banking checks. These are only checks I ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Could be a chance that applications on Saturday are going to backlog? UKVI works 5 days and UKVCAS 6 days so if Monday UKVI is clearing Friday, then Tuesday they will clear Monday first to meet deadline logically? Not sure how it works bit there is a disparity between application received days and a...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

It is wrong for let people go through such nerve wrecking agony. I understand if it takes time to arrive to a decision but with the additional fees atleast they should send status that it is still under consideration or something. Although can't understand why the Immigration speak to the individual...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Super priority is not working seems like as no one in last one week has posted any confirmation of decision on here. It's a mental torture. I have my appointment coming up but looks like it's going to be a long nerve wrecking wait after that even after paying super priority.

I received a simple caution recently under section 27 direction to leave for an argument. I am on Tier 2 visa and need to travel out of UK for 9 days. 1. Your ex sponsor must have informed in October 2012 to UKBA regarding you leaving and that record is with them. You should check, if possible, the date of information provided to UKBA. If you have good relation with you ex sponsor they can send your status / migrant activity printout from View COS...
