Hi everyone i have very confusing question
i am italian national and my brother got Italian resident permit on my behalf. can he travel to UK with me without UK visa. he got his Visa because he is family member of EU citizen. and its mentioned on his resident permit as well.

Nwo it's strange the home office website shows decided with the reference number beginning with 2XXXX, whereas the council one recognises the one beginning with SXXXX. The SXXXX number on the home office website still shows awaiting decision. I got exactly the same situation reference number stars ...

Application date is the day they receive your application or the day you do your NCS appointment.
