The DV ILR is being abused by so many woman its very sad. Without solid proofs no domestic violence claim can succeed. You shouldn't afraid of it rather keep record all the conversations & actions to fail any false claim and if possible ask witnesses.

Quick question is there a visa form for a couple husband and wife to use to a apply to visit UK to see family? Or they have to have separate applications?

Quick question, what if I entered legally then became illigal for a period before I was granted ILR. That's the situation im in at the moment. I have just cloaked 3 years and after ILR application was approved.
