As a curiosity,i just want to know what is the standard verification process for the HO to verify documents? i.e.pigeons,phone,e-mail,fax or a standard form? Does the applicant have right to demand for the result from HO whether the verification process is done or not?and if yes,for the result then ...
if there is any investigation going on then HO will keep applications on hold,wiil do a raid if evidence found,there may be a CCL part two/three....
HO is clearing backlog of sept-oct applications,people from listed colleges have started getting visas from 2nd week of march.

as you are saying that college is under investigation,but the same college has got tier 4 license with A rating,if there were some issues why UKBA would give it license, A rating means the college has not violated any immigration rules in the past.

the shabby website is worse than a porn site,the credibility is questionable!there are loads of people on this forum along with BITE `students' trying to spread sensational rumours.
BITE was rided by HO,difficult to trustur claim as HO cant have 2 policies for one thing,but any way congrats if this hoax is true!!!dont want to be pessimistic.
As everyone is saying that the awarding body should be different than that of ur college,which is not mentioned anywhere,and the same loophole was exploited by fraudsters,considering the recession,rising unemployment of `efficient'british workers,i am having few butterflies in my stomach.
this is a very good point raised about the loophole in the system about listed bodies which is still there but unfortunately no one on the forum wants to talk about it.i have applied in last week of october, i passed from ealing ,hammersmith college but havent heard anything from HO neither they ask...
