It means that the forum users don't work for the UKBA so can't give you a precise answer. It normally takes 4 to 6 weeks after your biometric to get a result. But I believe they have a backlog and since the new rules after coming into effect I don't expect the backlog to reduce. Why not give it ano...

You need to hold on when you call them, as it could take up to 15mins before you get to speak to someone.
