interview for initial application

Hi, does anyone know whether the interviewee (i.e. the main applicant) could be accompanied by an immigration adviser or an immigration lawyer during the interview? In case that the interviewee couldn't respond to a question with a good answer, the immigration adviser could help supplement. Thanks.

Re: Documents to prove Lithuanian employee is a settled work

The requirement is " If the employee is an EEA national, the biometric data page of a passport containing their photograph and personal details ". It does not say current passport. I have submitted expired (at least 5 years prior) passport for a British citizen and it was accepted, so the same logi...

Re: Documents to prove Lithuanian employee is a settled work

Yes, he said it's expired. If the expired one is also acceptable for the T1E requirements, then it'd be great! I previously thought that the passport must not be expired so as to serve the purpose of showing personal details and the right to work in the UK. Thanks. :D

Re: Documents to prove Lithuanian employee is a settled work

I read the previous posts, and learnt that an EU ID is sufficient. However, after I read 180 " ... If the employee is an EEA national, the biometric data page of a passport containing their photograph and personal details, or a UK registration certificate/permanent residence document...", I was conf...

However, my empl...

Re: FPS report format for tier 1

I saw the message "You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post" in the previous posts. I'd really like to refer to the examples here. Would anyone please advise me of how I could view the files? Appreciated and thanks very much. :)

Thanks marcnath for your reply. :D I thought the same when I referred to the T1E Guidance and the Immigration Rules. I posted here because I'm afraid that the assessor would consider the status quo and ongoing sustainability of my company and the reasonableness of why those employees quitted their j...

less than 10 employees when submitting an ILR application

Hello everyone, I have a question about the accelerated settlement route under Tier 1E route. My UK company has employed 10 full-time employees (30 hours a week) and they have worked for my company for at least 12 consecutive full months. But, some of them quitted the job before or during the progre...
