Re: ILR Eligibility (Tier 1 General Dependent route )

Apologies Tier 1147 ... I didn't mean you asked me to apply today. Actually I was not aware of new role which you mentioned ... I was worried about eligibility and we have only 3 days (20, 21, 22) to book an appointment. After receiving your confirmation, I thought of booking appointment is better. ...

Re: ILR Eligibility (Tier 1 General Dependent route )

Thanks for the response.
I knew She can apply within 28 days before 16th April 19 which is from 20th March 19
but she got visa till 24th March 19 not till 16th April 19.
Can she still apply visa between 20th March 19 to 22nd March 19 ? (23rd and 24th are weekends)
only 3 days

Re: Variation of Appeal allowed to ILR

There 4 reasons 1) did you move address after Jan 2013 ? means when your appeal was allowed in 2014 they normally sent your passport to the address you provided in initial application (Jan 13). they will try to sent you 2 times if no one available, it may take more time to get back to you. because t...

Re: ILR applying soon but college revoked

the college Degree is in UK ? If Yes, when it was revoked ? I dont think it effects your ILR. because you already completed 5 Year Stay based on that criteria and UKBA point Based system showed your collage name when you try to apply/extend your Tier 1 G visa. when you submit your initial Teir 1 Gen...

Re: Urgent replies please

Dont worry about bank statement Mainly you have to check your email confirmation when you book the appointment. it clearly says where/when your appointment would be and also once you sign in your booking it clearly mention the premium centre information. If you book in Solihull, you will get payment...

Thanks Aditya and congrats for your visa extension Personally I don't see a point of the account going negative regularly if you are earning at Tier 1 highly skilled level. How it is possible that it goes negative regularly after just 1-2 days of salary and dividend transfer. Seems like something is...

thanks for your suggestion ... A lot will depend on how to represent your case. A single mis-understanding and your case will be rejected. When I went for my extension at Birmingham PEO, case worker asked for each documents seperately. If that happens than I think you will be safe. However, if they ...
