Are you sure? I believe you are saying that because by Visa date started on 11 Dec 2008.

But my understanding is that it doesn't matter how long you have the visa but what matters is your length of stay in UK. I arrived here on 12 Feb 09[/i]

I am aware of that. My questions are

1) Are you saying that I am still eligible to apply even though my visa expires before a total of 5years ??

2)Qualification period would be 28days before 8th Feb ( Visa Expire) or 28days before 5yrs period ( 11th Feb) ??
