you need to apply for schengen visa and do stuff across eu.. It includes marriage as well.
When back in UK - u can apply for spouse visa.. get a lawyer involved if do not want to interrupt the honeymoon.

if in country then council bill, water bill or joint bank statement will do.

yes it is inside uk application .. and here you can add both applicant in one application.
i am aware of outside uk where it will be 2 different application to be filled.

Your tier 2 dependent visa will be cancelled when you are issued a tier 2 general visa. You can only work for your sponsor done the relevant date.

What is the status when i travel back after getting the visa but job start date is lets say 10 days after.
