Form AN1 changed in 2/2017 while filling in?

Hi folks, My friend is onto the final page of filling AN1 in after a break due to a very busy work schedule and I noticed there's now an 02/2017 version of the form? Seems to be 30 pages rather than 31. Does she need to fill it in all over again? Bearing in mind she'd have to ask her references agai...

The data is correct, just not filled in the fields properly.

SHe doesn't know many people unfortunately.

Re: 2nd referee has filled in form slightly incorrectly?

It should not be an issue. To be honest, I am struggling to understand your first post with the way you have explained it. If HO have an issue with the referee, they will write to the applicant. So for example she's not prefixed months with zeroes and managed to write 24 in one of the 'D' boxes, th...

Re: 2nd referee has filled in form slightly incorrectly?

Apologies for the multiple posts.

OK, understood re them filling it in, but is it OK that her DOB has been filled in slightly incorrectly?

Is it OK to fill in referee details and have them sign it?

Basically as per the subject.

As in my other post it's an elderly woman and it would be easier if she were just to fill in the how she knows you bit and sign it?

Many thanks :)

2nd referee has filled in form slightly incorrectly?

Hi, I'm enquiring for a friend. She got her first referee without any issues but the second referee is an older lady and has filled in some of the fields incorrectly. Easily enough to read the dates but she has filled the DOB field in wrong, i.e. missed leading zeros for the fields and in one field ...

Someone sent me a PM but I can't read it

I have no problem with the way the PM functionality works but someone has sent me one (received an email informing me) but obviously I am unable to read it. Might be an idea if you can add functionality to stop people sending PMs to those with less than 30 posts? I have no idea who sent it or the co...

Re: Visiting parents in Ukraine while having ILR?

Travelling with a valid passport (with at least 6 months before expiry date, just to keep airline happy) plus ILR is all my non-EEA wife ever used before she was naturalised. She always seemed to face 'routine questions' from the IO (so be prepared for that), but she always re-entered UK. That's a ...

Sounds like she's all set then.
Excellent, many thanks for the information :) She's so scared about not being let back into the UK.

Coming back to UK just waltz back in - that's what having ILR confers. She may face the odd question (my wife was almost always questioned).
Many thanks, yes she's Ukrainian and wants to visit her parents :)

Visiting parents in Ukraine while having ILR?

Hi, A friend of mine has ILR and she's married and has been in the UK for about 6-7 years. She's visited her family in Ukraine with her husband before but this year she is travelling on her own. I'm trying to find out what she needs to do to travel and return? Can she just come and go? Does she need...
