Hi,

Letter of consent from father will be plus point but also submit birth certificate on the safe side because nowdays its depending on ECO to ECO these days, sometimes they find very small things to give refusal in your hand.

no problem

There wont be any problem as far as u have required money in your account but dont touch your account again when your visa application is in process on safe side.
