Hi Baheri, I am sorry to say, how you can put application without knowing the rules !!! This is like closing the eyes and crossing the road. However, the maintenance fund is 1600/dependant and it has to be mainttained for 3 months continuously. There are lot of posts already other than the PBS guide...

But, I dont know from where BHC gathers these data..this is purely bullshit and they only maintaining the standard while taking the visa fees, creating a damn useless status checking website and shutting the door to the helpless, frustrated & worrying applicants b...

I think only Delhi BHC is delaying exceptionally in the case of Dependant applications.

I called up BHC today, and as usual they said "~~~~~|||****@@@@".

My application is made 25 working days..
Anybody got good news on dependant visa from Delhi BHC, please shout.

You may be right ..I m worrying too early.
Normaly Dep visa takes much less time time as experienced earlier by our forum members.
However, there is very less consistency in all of the BHC's activity this days.

If for some reason, I could not able to manage the Releaving letter from my Indian employer, will it be a problem to get an offer in UK?

I mean do they bother about the my proper release from the Indian employer?
