I believe I was not clear with my question. I understand how normal process work I was specifically asking what happen (NEXT) if I collect BRP for my spouse. 1. I have also received refusal letter in Post but there is no address .
I have been chasing VFS global , UK High Commission and Immigration team but no have given me the right answer or at least pointed me to right path yet.

I have received my Visa Decision and it has been Refused for lacking evidence for knowledge of English. I have submitted my B.Tech degree though. having provided evidence of having a knowledge of English equivalent to level B1 of the

I would advise you to contact your employer first. It could be the case that they have not informed UKVI yet as some employers forget to do so. SO does it mean if the employer forget to inform UKVI , then you can continue to stay and fine a new job in UK.Until they do and you receive the curtailmen...
