Hi Sonu, My application was self+dependent. And I booked my appointment around 40/42 days earlier. You need to keep trying to get the slot. The trick is to try it after 12:00 at night. You will definitely get some slots at that time. My first booking was at Croydon. Luckily, next night I found a slo...

I have already contacted the Council to include my wife's name in the council tax bill. And of course tenancy agreement is a good idea to in...

So in question 6.3 which box shall the person tick? Other ? and write in box below to state that a personal letter is provided as letters from the employer does not cover all the absences OR state any other valid reason for this? Because, if I understand it right, the second option with Letter from ...

It is now clear that Tier1 (G) will also be required to provide letters for all work related absences. Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) is required from those applying under Tier 1 (General) Still the question remains, it is asking evidence of all work related abse...

Hi Sheraz7,

I spoke to them on the day of my test and they were unable to do any corrections. Only thing they could do (which they did) is to put a note on the system for UKBA.

Please dont tell me to do the test again as it is changed now completely :(

Hi mvent00 Thanks for your reply. I had a little debate with my friends on this issue. The debate is basically between the first part and the third part. My argument is that the first part should be filled by my wife to say that she is giving consent to the UKBA that she has obtained my permission t...

Hi Just a little bit confused about the section 5 of the PBS Dependent form. As I am the main applicant and I am providing the bank documents for my wife, which part needs to be completed as to give consent to UKBA. I am sure the second part is not for us as we are not holding a joint account, and k...

Documents to provide as proof of earnings

Hi Just wanted to clarify myself about a point in the tier1 policy guidence. In paragraph 120 it is said that (We consider that payslips and letters from an employer are from the same source and an applicant should therefore not provide a combination of these two types of document.) As some of the p...
