However, before going get it checked with your friends/family/wife independently to ensure there is no mistake. You can keep missing the same mistake 100 times, but some...

Yes, you should. At least I did. I had to struggle to find out the exact dates, but it seems all they want to know is the year. The biometric lady who scanned my fingers and took the picture asked me about it (Iforgot to mention about it in the post) and said even the year would do. This is how I fi...

Form Filling

Thanks Mate.

This is what I thought, just wanted to take second opinion. It never hurts.

Would be interesting to see if anyone in the forum disagrees. :-)

Thanks again.

Good Question Tahill77, but here you need to take the question in overall context or else the question itself makes no sense. The question is with respect to: "D. Continuous Residence Assessment" Secondly there is no way you can answer "No" to the questions. So as I said earlier, you have to take th...

Ext Vs ILR (Time spent outside country).

I came on HSMP (2 years) and got extended under Tier-1 (3 years) and that is what I currently have.

Few Queries...

Don't worry and don't get excited . There's a simple rule of thumb: You can submit only those documents that you have. So that means you can submit tenancy agreement. Chapter CLOSED. Meanwhile there is no rule to submit a tenancy agreement. All you need to prove is that you have a place to stay and ...

Calling Parrents and in-law during Wife's Pregnancy.

Dear All, I was going thru one of the previous post, where Raj wanted to call his parents and in-laws to support his wife during her pregnancy. Discussion kicked off well, but I did not see the closure for this issue (don't know if Raj was able to call them successfully). To give you an insight abou...

New EC Rule...

Hi All, I think we should avoid these legal jargons and get to the crux of this new change. So I am repeating the question that HSMP-Pune asked: If I got my approval in November and I apply for my EC in December end, will this change mean I will be granted an initial visa for 3 years and then I will...

Re: Job Market for IT professionals - MCSE.

Hi Babuana,

It's not that I neither have a work nor a WP.

I am talking about a situation when I have HSMP stamped and then going to UK to look out for a job. In that case, I don't need a WP. All I need is a job. Right?

How will that experience be? Any idea / suggestion?

"Ravi"

Thanks vin123, But I am afraid London is going to be too costly. So isn't there any other place, where I can get an ITIL job so that the cost of living remains under control? Do we have Indian communities in London? Do we have any place in London or close to London, where the cost of living be cheap...
