Naturalisation

My wife and children have now had ILR for more than 12 months and can apply for naturalisation.

How should I make the application. I have two children : 23 and 16 years of age. Can my wife include both in her application ?

My mother is 80 years old. She has Indian passport. She has got a settlement Confirmation of PR Canada letter). If she travels to Vancouver from Delhi, will she need a DATV. The stopover at Heathrow will be around 2 hours and she will not pass through border control

They initially entered UK as my dependent in Nov 2015. I got my ILR in March 2015 ( via tier 1)

I am just a bit intrigued. Should I not have applied on SET M rather than Set O? Because when my wife and children got leave to remain in UK I had ILR at that time. And if I apply on SET M, how will my daughter's SET O link with set M of my wife? How can I get a refund of SET O application? Till now...

Sorry to write back. In the ILR document checklist, only passport and consent form are required. Do they not require any pay slips etc? Proof of living together?
