hello members,
I was calculating my points for my FLR HSMP.
When I shall be applying my age would be 31 years and 10 months.
Could you please let me know am i eleigible for 10 pts for being 31yrs 10 mths.

I came here in 2004. Nothing here is harrassing, it just takes time for having to do the x-ray at the airport. It took me about 45 minutes for the radiographer to be arranged and then the senior nurse examined the x-ray. So guys it shall be better to keep a chest x ray handy

hello ashish,
at heathrow u and ur wife have to go for a medical chest x-ray.
If you could take X-rays of u both and try to get it certified by a doctor it would save your time at the airport.

what about getting ILR with the odd job.
Would HO give ILR if we r working in odd job as well.
I have seen the SET(0) form for Indefinite Leave to reamin, even in that it does not show you have to be in your field of profession.

yaa man, dont worry no one can touch u till 2010, its only after 2010 i am saying if u wanna apply for an ILR it shud not be a problem for u.
Even i wanna study here and have a very good course in mind, but a bit afraid as i dont know will it have an impact on my ilr.

I think it shud be written somewhere in the hsmp guidelines that we cannot study while on hsmp visa. That must be reason why the officials questionesd you. I dont have the link sorry. If anyone goes to jobcentre and says he needs money and cannot support him in uk they normally have to give them the support.
