i my case my wife has visa unitl nov 2013 so there is no need to switch to FLR M

last question pls , can she travel out of UK and come back with out any problems in immigrations?

My wife applied for FLR(M) on April 3rd through royal mail next day delivery and completed biometrics on April end.

As of now we haven't received any information back from them. can any one please let me know the current time line.

Don't worrk nothing will happen. If you are still concerned then please contact HMRC to give employment history letter for the year which you don't have p60.

Can I apply ILR along with me next month?

Please let me know ASAP. some of my friends are telling me that 24 months rule applies if we got married after main applicant's ILR.
